    The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities on a hyper targeted basis into government/regulators, transport infrastructure providers and key channel/partners to reach influencers and decision makers in buying the 5G communications solution.

    This marketing role will follow the classic marketing approach but work together with sales and finance to optimize every campaign, every event, every solution development to ensure we maintain the targeting and focus on the most promising opportunities. This means also ensuring a perfect competitive positioning that builds on uniqueness of the solution.     Operations Director, Global 5G Infrastructure required for a FTSE 250 backed company

    The Operations Director will be responsible for delivery and support. Delivery in terms of new 5G contracts, and Support in terms of maintaining these networks for the duration of their term. Both sides of the role are complementary, and fundamentally require the Operations Director to optimize resources and develop strong and effective supplier relationships.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Reporting to the MD, the Operations Director is key to ensuring the delivery every contract on time and on budget. In many businesses delivery and support are separated by a handover process but in this role the director must ensure the quality of delivery supports the SLAs. This will require continuous service improvement through strategic suppliers.

    Applying the basics of Agile PPM and ITIL Service Management, the Operations Directors key role and responsibilities will be:

    Delivery:

    • Delivery strategy and outline plan
    • Mobilising PPM
    • Establishing supplier contracts and support fees
    • Programme development, including RAID (suppliers and NR)
    • Delivery programme management, including stakeholder management and reporting

    As part of their swift development as a business they are seeking to recruit a Commercial & Finance Director to undertake the challenging role of establishing and enhancing the rigorous financial management of the company, whilst at the same time showing sufficient commercial acumen to ensure that our client delivers on cost and within budget on all aspects of its work. To do this will require the successful candidate to marry up strategic finance with commercial direction to drive, guide and support the Managing Director in delivering on-time and on-budget. You will work with prospects, customers, partners and suppliers to ensure that the right risk appetite is maintained and that there is a consistent focus on mitigations to present our client as leader transport communications.
